I will need a copy of driver’s license for anyone listed on the account & either the warranty deed or something showing that you own the property or the lease/rental agreement or landlord’s name and phone number to verify you have permission to turn the water on in your name.  I will also need the non-refundable connection &/or tap fees (you can find the connection/tap fees under the water rates & fee schedule tab or call the office) in order to get this switched over into your name.  After I have your account set up(received all necessary paperwork), you can either call me & do that over the phone or go to www.bondecroftutilitydistrict.com & enter the payment there, there is a $2.00 convenience fee when paying any amount under $300 with a card, any amount over $300 will be subject to a 2.5% convenience fee whether by phone, online or in the office.  You can also pay online with an eCheck $2.00 convenience fee applies. You can also pay with check or money order in the office, by mail or in our afterhours drop box.  We will also accept cash in the office.

You can return the necessary paperwork by email water1@benlomand.net, by fax 931-935-2160, mail to 8756 Crossville Hwy, Sparta TN 38583 or bring to the office. Keep in mind that until I receive the paperwork I cannot transfer the service.

New Service, transfers or reconnects requested after 3:00 pm will be completed the next business day.

New meters will usually be installed within 2 weeks of completing paperwork and paying fees.

FYI:  Bills are due the 15^th of each month.  You should receive by the 1^st of each month, if you do not receive by the 8^th of the month, call the office to get your balance.  A 10% penalty is added on the 16^th of each month & disconnects begin as early as the 21^st of each month.  There is a non-refundable $100 reconnect fee that has to be paid in addition to the balance due if the account is disconnected due to non-payment.  You can pay with check or money order in the office, by mail or in our afterhours drop box.  We will also accept cash in the office.  Additionally, you can pay by debit or credit card in the office, over the phone or online at www.bondecroftutilitydistrict.com, there is a $2.00 convenience fee when paying with a card, whether by phone, online or in the office for any amount under $300, there is a 2.5% convenience fee for any amount over $300. You can also pay with an echeck online, $2.00 convenience fee applies.
