09/24/2026 We are changing our payment processor from Global Payments to Paystar effective 09/25/26.
The credit/debit card convenience fee will increase from 2.00 to 2.50 for all payments up to $300. Any credit/debit card payment over $300 will be subject to a 2.5% convenience fee.
The e-Check convenience fee will decrease from 2.00 to 1.50.
All customers who are set up on auto-pay through the customer portal will need to re-enter their auto-pay information after 10/01/26.
We are also adding an automated payment option for customers to call in to make payments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The phone number for this is 931-954-7301.
12/26/2025 If you have received a letter titled Potential Lead Exposure Risk Notice, we are asking for you to fill out the Lead & Copper Plumbing Survey that was included. The letter does not mean there is lead in the water, it is simply asking for your help in identifying the type of material on the customer side of the service line. We know that the lines we have are lead free. Please call or email the office if you have any other questions. Thank you for your assistance in completing this inventory.
11/13/2025 Important Information Regarding Cash Payments — Due to no more pennies being minted, if you pay with cash and do not have the exact change, we will round your payment up to the nearest nickel & you will have a small credit for the next month. This will not affect bank drafts, e-checks or card payments.
We cannot accept $100 dollar bills for any payment that is less than $75, due to very little cash kept in the office.
