09/23/2025 A vacancy will exist on the Board of Commissioners of BonDeCroft Utility District upon the expiration of the term of Commissioner Ryan Edmonds on January 14, 2026. The Board plans to certify a list of three nominees to the White County Executive to fill this vacancy at its regular meeting at 5:00 pm on December 9, 2025, to be held at the District’s office at 8756 Crossville Hwy, Sparta TN 38583. A customer may submit a name for consideration by the Board for the list of nominees. To be considered the name must be submitted to the District’s Office Manager no later than one week before this Board meeting. Qualifications established by the Board for nominees are available upon request.
The Commissioners of BonDeCroft Utility District serve four-year terms. Vacancies on the Board of Commissioners are filled by appointment by the White County Executive from a list of three nominees certified by the Board of Commissioners to the White County Executive. Decisions by the Board of Commissioners on customer complaints brought before the Board under the District’s customer complaint policy may be reviewed by the Tennessee Board of Utility Regulation pursuant to Section 7-82-702(b) of Tennessee Code Annotated.
Regular meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 5:00 pm at the office. Any visitors wishing to address the board will be acknowledged at the end of the meeting. The public is welcome.
