11/13/2025 Important Information Regarding Cash Payments

Due to no more pennies being minted, if you pay with cash and do not have the exact change, we may have to round your payment to the nearest nickel.  If we round down, the balance will carry to next month, if we round up, you will have a small credit for the next month.  This will not affect bank drafts, e-checks or card payments.

We cannot accept $100 dollar bills for any payment that is less than $75, due to very little cash kept in the office.

09/10/2025 If you receive a letter from Water Leak Relief, it is simply letting you know that the backend processing is changing. Rates and coverage is still the same. Thank you!

If you have received a letter titled Potential Lead Exposure Risk Notice, we are asking for you to fill out the Lead & Copper Plumbing Survey that was included. The letter does not mean there is lead in the water, it is simply asking for your help in identifying the type of material on the customer side of the service line. We know that the lines we have are lead free. Please call or email the office if you have any other questions. Thank you for your assistance in completing this inventory.
